# In 2019/20 MY, five countries of the Black Sea region to produce almost 250 mln tonnes of major grains — APK-Inform

> APK-Inform analyst Andrei Kupchenko said five Black Sea producers (Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria) could harvest about 248.7 million tonnes of wheat, barley and corn in 2019/20. Russia and Ukraine account for 122.2 and 67.8 million tonnes respectively. The region is about 25% of global grain exports.
