# African swine fever hits a third Polish pig farm | Feed Strategy

> African swine fever has been confirmed on a third Polish commercial pig farm, with more than 60 pigs dying and about 8,000 culled in Podlaskie province. It is the largest ASF outbreak in Poland's commercial pig sector so far. Further outbreaks were reported in domestic pigs in Romania, China, Hong Kong, South Africa, Ukraine and Vietnam.
