> U.S. diesel markets have not yet reflected the expected demand boost from the IMO 2020 switch to 0.5% sulfur marine fuel effective January 2020. Gulf Coast Colonial pipeline diesel has traded 4-6 cents/gallon below Nymex ULSD futures since February, and refiners have not clearly raised distillate yields or built low-sulfur stocks.
