> Agritel says Ukraine could soon reach a record monthly grain and oilseed shipment capacity of close to 6 mln t. A new 140,000 t POSCO/OREXIM terminal in Mykolaiv has opened, following a terminal in Pivdenny, and rail privatization is planned for 2020.
