# EU wheat rises as export demand stirs

> Euronext wheat rose for a second session on Thursday, moving away from a six-month low, while Chicago wheat recovered from a two-day drop after larger-than-expected US export sales. Algeria bought about 450,000 metric tons and Tunisia about 100,000 metric tons, absorbing Black Sea surplus. The euro's rally against the dollar weighed on Euronext prices.
