# China takes steps to make good on trade deal

> China published a list of 696 American products, including soybeans, pork, beef, corn, wheat, crude oil and LNG, eligible for retaliatory duty relief. Companies can apply for waivers from March 2, and exemptions are valid for one year up to approved volumes. Analysts say the coronavirus outbreak has dashed Chinese demand, so a large surge in buying is unlikely.
