# U.S. Department of Commerce Initiates Countervailing Duty Investigations of Imports of Phosphate Fertilizers from Morocco and Russia

> The US Department of Commerce initiated countervailing duty investigations into phosphate fertilier imports from Morocco and Russia, petitioned by The Mosaic Company.
