# Ethanol production slides lower, supply up modestly - Brownfield Ag News

> U.S. ethanol production averaged 931,000 barrels per day in the latest EIA week, down 27,000 on the week and 109,000 below a year earlier. Ethanol stocks rose 74,000 barrels to 20.346 million. DDGS sales in June rose 47% on the month to 883,193 tons, with Thailand taking about a quarter.
