# Second largest harvest on record sees grain prices fall | Meat & Livestock Australia

> Australia's 2020-21 winter harvest is forecast at 51.5 million tonnes, the second biggest on record, after a drought-hit 29.3 million in 2019-20. East coast feed grain prices are down 7.7% to 25.3% year on year, and feed wheat delivered to Sydney was A$371 a tonne in the September quarter. Better pasture growth is also reducing demand for supplementary feed.
