# Canada exported the maximum volume of canola in six months in October

> Canada exported 1.13 million tonnes of canola seed in October, the highest monthly volume in six months and up 65% from October 2019, according to Oil World. Exports to China rose to 301,000 tonnes from 169,000 tonnes a year earlier. Canola meal exports also increased to 500,000 tonnes.
