> Russia plans to double its wheat export tax to €50/t between 1 March and 30 June, and there is talk of further volume curbs into the new marketing season. Consultancy IKAR cut its 2020/21 Russian wheat export forecast to 37.5 million tonnes because of the tax. European wheat prices paused after reaching a 7.5-year high.
