# Legislators look to expand availability of higher biofuel blends

> Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds introduced HSB 185, which would set an E10 standard and offer E15 statewide by 2025, and would raise the E15 promotion tax credit. Sen. Amy Klobuchar also introduced national bills to expand access to higher ethanol blends. The Iowa bill is estimated to add over 117 million gallons of ethanol demand over five years.
