> RIN credit prices for corn ethanol (D6) and biomass-based diesel (D4) hit all-time daily highs on May 18, 2021, at $1.90 and $2.00 per gallon. As of May 28, D6 RINs were up 129% year to date and D4 RINs up 96%. EIA attributes the rise mainly to higher agricultural feedstock costs, not regulatory changes.
