# Record-busting crops are on the cards | The Land | NSW

> Australia's winter crop is on track for record production in NSW and parts of western and northern Australia, according to Grain Brokers Australia. The Bureau of Meteorology expects above-average late winter and spring rainfall, and a negative Indian Ocean Dipole is forecast to develop in August or September. Favourable weather supports above-average winter crop output.
