> Euronext December milling wheat settled up 1.7% at 243 euros a tonne after Statistics Canada cut its all-wheat forecast to 21.7 million tonnes, slightly below expectations. The French farm ministry also trimmed its soft wheat forecast by 600,000 tonnes, though output remains 24% above last year.
