# Argentina grains exchange trims soya harvest outlook - Markets - Business Recorder

> The Rosario grains exchange trimmed its 2021/22 Argentine soybean harvest forecast to 48.8 million tonnes from 49 million. It raised its corn estimate to 55-56 million tonnes and cut soybean planted area by 200,000 hectares. Farmers are shifting toward corn because of better margins and dry weather.
