> Darling Ingredients has agreed to buy FASA Group, Brazil's largest independent rendering company, for R$2.8 billion. FASA runs 14 rendering plants processing over 1.3 million tonnes a year and supplies meat and bone meal, tallow and blood meal to feed, petfood and renewable diesel users.
