# Canada raises canola ending stocks forecast by nearly 500 thsd tons

> Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada raised its 2026/27 canola ending stocks forecast to 1.979 million tons from 1.504 million in August, an increase of 475 thousand tons or nearly 32%. The prior-season ending stocks estimate also rose by 175 thousand tons to 1.9 million tons.
