# Sunflower oil and meal export duties are proposed to be extended for another year in Russia

> Russia's Ministry of Economic Development proposes extending export duties on sunflower oil and meal to August 31, 2024. The base price for calculating the meal duty would rise from 13,875 to 15,875 rubles per tonne. The sunflower seed export duty of 50% would also be extended a year.
