> Genesis Fertilizers reports that India's Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers issued an early urea tender on Sept 13, and China announced it would again limit urea exports. Prices eased after the tender drew about 3.62 million tonnes at a lower-than-expected low offer of US$400.50/t CFR West Coast, but suppliers pulled back and only about 525,000 tonnes were offered at that price. The report also cites Mississippi River low water and a jump in Tampa ammonia prices.
