# Now what? The practical implementation of the EUDR in Europe and Producing Countries - Competere

The EUDR was formally adopted on June 29, 2023, and covers wood, rubber, palm oil, soy, beef, coffee and cacao. Belgium and the Netherlands have begun transposition, while many other member states are moving slowly.
