> Trains hauling exported grain are on hold or delayed in at least six states, including Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota and Nebraska, because of the south Texas rail closure. The National Grain and Feed Association said there is no timeline for reopening. It warned that Mexican cattle feeders could run out of grain within a week.
