# The FE - Fertiliser shortage a concern for winter crop farming in Rajshahi

> Dealers in Rajshahi and Naogaon report fertiliser allocations far below local demand for October. One Naogaon dealer received 200 sacks of DAP, 182 of MOP, 90 of TSP and 900 of urea against monthly demand of about 2,500, 2,400 and 600 sacks respectively. A Puthia dealer received only 60 sacks of DAP for an area with about 200 farmers needing fertiliser.
