# EU palm oil imports continue to decline

> EU-27 palm oil imports fell about 16% to just under 1.4 million tonnes in July 1 to December 10, 2024 versus the prior year, according to Commission data reported by UFOP. Indonesia and Malaysia shipments dropped sharply, while Italy, Germany and others increased imports.
