# EUDR: One-year postponement and FAQ analysis

> Regulation (EU) 2024/3234, published December 23, 2024, postpones application of the EU Deforestation Regulation by one year to December 30, 2025. The Commission published an updated FAQ in November, and LCB and ATIBT published their interpretation to help companies comply.
