# China’s soybean demand, crush projected to grow | World Grain

> A USDA FAS GAIN report dated March 19 forecasts China's 2025-26 soybean consumption at 124.4 million tonnes and crush at 101 million tonnes, both up from 2024-25. Protein meal feed use is forecast to rise modestly to 101.8 million tonnes, while soybean imports are seen at 106 million tonnes.
