# W15 2025: Maize Weekly Update

> USDA's Brasilia office cut Brazil's 2024/25 corn output to 126 million tonnes from 128 million, still 5.9% above 2023/24. Brazil's 2024/25 corn exports were reduced to 44 million tonnes, and domestic use was raised to 87.5 million. Chinese 2025/26 corn imports are projected at 8 million tonnes, half the 2023/24 level.
