> The July 2025 Federal Milk Marketing Order class prices were announced July 30, with Class III falling $1.50 to $17.32/cwt on a sharp drop in cheese prices. Class IV rose 59 cents to $18.19/cwt and Class II rose 88 cents to $19.31/cwt. Butterfat rose for a fourth straight month to $2.84/lb.
