# Global soybean meal trade to set record for third straight year

> USDA FAS projects global soybean meal exports at a record 82 million metric tons in 2025/26, up 1%, marking a third straight record year. Growth is driven by expanded crushing in Brazil and the US and strong biofuel demand. Soybean meal prices have fallen from about $550/t in November 2023 to about $300/t in July 2025.
