# Global Palm Price Set To Rise As RI’s B50 Will Cause Supply Crunch - Gabungan Pengusaha Kelapa Sawit Indonesia (GAPKI)

> Indonesia plans to shift more domestic palm oil into biodiesel as it moves its mandate from B40 to B50 by the second half of next year. Gapki chairman Eddy Martono said prices could reach 5,000 ringgit per tonne in January-June if the policy proceeds.
