# Vietnam rice market in January 2026

> Vietnam's rice market firmed in January 2026 as Mekong Delta harvest supplies tightened. Domestic IR504 raw rice rose to 7,750-7,900 dong per kg, and dry broken rice and rice bran also increased. Exporters quoted 5% broken rice at about $360-$365 per tonne, unchanged from late December.
