> As of 30 January 2026, the EUDR applies from 30 December 2026 for large and midsize companies and from 30 June 2027 for micro and small enterprises. Regulation (EU) 2025/2650, published 23 December 2025, is the second deferral in two years. Only the first company placing a product on the EU market now files a due diligence statement.
