> Eight OPEC+ members agreed on April 5 to raise quotas by 206,000 bpd for May. The war has effectively shut the Strait of Hormuz since late February, cutting exports from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Iraq. Crude had surged to near $120 a barrel, a four-year high.
