# European Commission updates scope of products covered by ‘deforestation regulation’ | AGENCE EUROPE

> The Commission adopted a delegated act on 13 July amending EUDR Annex I. Cattle hides, soybean seeds for sowing and other items were removed, while soluble coffee, certain palm derivatives and frozen cattle tongues were added, with new items applying from 30 December 2027. The text now goes to Parliament and Council for scrutiny.
