# Commission updates product scope and tools to support EUDR - Environment

> The European Commission adopted a Delegated Act updating the product list under the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and an Implementing Act setting out its information system. The measures follow the legislative amendment agreed in December 2025 and the May 2026 simplification package. The Regulation applies from late December 2026.
