# ENV - EU Deforestation Regulation Update - 17 September 2026

> The European Commission published the Delegated Act updating the EUDR product scope in the Official Journal on 17 September 2026, effective 18 September. It removes cattle hides and leather, re-treaded tyres, soybeans for sowing and some rubber goods, and adds soluble coffee, certain palm oil derivatives and frozen cattle tongues from 30 December 2027.
