S&P Global Energy CERA says Odesa-region strikes removed about one-third of Ukraine's grain export capacity, and Kerch Strait and Azov-Don restrictions hit a route handling about 28% of Russia's wheat exports. Ukrainian wheat exports fell to 935,332 mt in July from 1.6 million mt in June.
