# Malaysia rules out raising palm oil's biodiesel blend to 20%

> Malaysia's commodities minister said the country has no plans to raise its palm oil biodiesel blend to 20% from 10%. Required infrastructure investment is estimated at 643 million ringgit, which industry and government are unwilling to fund. A 20% mandate already applies in Labuan, Langkawi and most of Sarawak.
