# CPO export levy hike may jeopardize subsidized cooking oil supply - Markets - The Jakarta Post

> The Jakarta Post reports that the recent crude palm oil export levy increase may tighten supplies of the subsidized Minyakita cooking oil. The DMSI chairman says exporters receive less incentive to meet domestic obligations while CPO prices exceed those of soybean oil. Exporters have been receiving multiplier incentives of 1 to 1.7 times for DMO fulfillment.
