# US Sen. Marshall leads letter calling for domestic feedstocks only in 45Z biofuel tax credit

> Senator Roger Marshall led a bipartisan letter asking Treasury to limit 45Z clean fuel tax credit eligibility to fuels made from domestic feedstocks.
