> North Dakota's soybean crush capacity has grown from zero to about 100 million bushels since fall 2023, with Green Bison in Spiritwood opening in September 2023 and North Dakota Soybean Processors in Casselton starting intake in July 2024. A third plant proposed by Epitome Energy in Grand Forks has permits but has not started construction.
