> The European Commission raised its 2021/22 EU soft wheat export forecast to 32 million tonnes from 30 million. Russia's export tax for the week from 1 December 2021 is set at $80.8 per tonne for wheat, $68.3 for barley and $54.3 for corn. Ukrainian seaport data for October and French harvest progress are also reported.
