> The UN Secretary-General welcomed the departure of the Razoni from Odesa on August 1, the first commercial grain ship to leave a Ukrainian Black Sea port since February. The vessel carries 26,527 tonnes of corn bound for Tripoli, Lebanon, under the deal signed in Istanbul on July 22.
