> Russia approved a wheat export quota of 11 million tonnes for February 15 to June 30, 2025, with a 50% export tax (minimum 100 EUR/t). Barley, rye and corn exports will be banned during that window. Ukraine's grain exports reached 17.98 million tonnes from July to November 28, and its harvest is nearly complete.
