# Soybean prices in Ukraine are falling against the backdrop of reduced export demand

> Ukrainian soybean purchase prices fell by $10-15 per tonne to $410-440 as shipping delays at Black Sea ports and weaker export demand weighed on the market. Global soybean and meal prices also slipped after speculative gains ended, with rains in Argentina and faster Brazilian harvesting. Ukraine has exported 1.6 million tonnes of soybeans since September, 58% more than last year.
