# Russia’s grain exports fell 38% in July due to port attacks

> Russia exported 2.026 million tons of major grains in July 2026, down 37.6% year on year, with wheat down 17.7%. The steepest drop came in the third ten-day period of July after drone damage to Taman port infrastructure. Grain exports moved through only 21 ports versus 38 a year earlier.
