> Global wheat prices hit record highs as near-continuous attacks in the Black Sea stalled exports from Russia and Ukraine. Platts assessed the Milling Wheat Marker at $214/mt on Sept. 1, with Australian APW and Canadian CWRS trading at large premiums. Australian ASW1 rose to $301/mt FOB Kwinana, its highest since March 2023.
