# Grain Market Report 10th April - Irish Farmers' Association

> Irish domestic barley is moving slowly as feed demand softens and maize imports from Canada, Russia and Ukraine continue, with 156,000 tonnes of non-EU maize arriving in January. Wheat prices are easing under pressure from favourable crop reports and high ending stocks. USDA raised its estimate of world wheat supplies and lifted 2018/19 world wheat ending stocks to 275.61 million tonnes.
