# USDA Expects Larger Corn Stocks

> USDA's April WASDE raised US 2018-19 corn ending stocks to 2.035 billion bushels from 1.835 billion in March, and trimmed soybean ending stocks to 895 million bushels from 900 million. USDA also raised South American corn and soybean output on good weather and lowered world wheat stocks versus expectations of higher supply. Analysts called the US figures neutral for corn, soybeans and wheat, but bearish for world corn and wheat.
