With Russia Cold To Cuts And Libya On Fire, OPEC Supply Squeeze May End

Saudi Energy Minister Khalid al-Falih said it was premature to know whether OPEC+ members agree to extend supply cuts, with a meeting next month key to the decision. Russia's reluctance and Libyan supply disruptions are cited as reasons the cut pact may not last.
